Quickliner™ For Eyes Intense Eyeliner

What It Is: All the intensity of liquid liner in a richly pigmented, automatic eyeliner pencil. Dermatologist tested. Ophthalmologist tested. Safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Allergy tested. 100% fragrance free. What It Does: Richly pigmented dark eyeliner has all the intensity of liquid liner in an easy-to-use automatic pencil eyeliner. Silky formula glides on. Stays on all day. Never needs sharpening. “Smoke” with the smudge tip on the opposite end. Delivers long-wearing color: transfer resistant, smudge resistant, water resistant. Inspires creativity: Smudge tool on opposite end helps create a variety of looks. Gives you time to play: Formula allows 60 seconds for blending and smudging before setting. How To Use: Swivel up only one-eighth of an inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes, then use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently smudge color to desired effect. Allow color to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Remove with makeup remover.
