Marvel Champions Card Game

Rhino rampages through the streets of New York. Klaw masterminds a team of fearsome criminals. Ultron threatens nuclear annihilation. The world needs champions to stop these villains! Are you up to the task? Marvel Champions: The Card Game is a cooperative Living Card Game that invites you to embody the world's most iconic heroes. Players will call on iconic allies, harness powerful weapons and armor, and unleash devastating tactics as they battle to thwart the schemes of the dastardly villains of the Marvel universe. In every scenario, the heroes will face a powerful villain pushing a unique scheme, as well as their own personal enemies that can be shuffled into the hero deck. Players must decide whether to play as a superhero and fight the villain directly, or change into their alter-ego to recover damage, prepare their forces, and fight the villain indirectly - presenting an interesting strategic decision with each turn. If the heroes can defeat the villain before they complete their dastardly scheme, the heroes win the game. This core set allows up to four players to combine their efforts and thwart the twisted schemes of three different villains! Discover extraordinary powers, battle the forces of evil, and experience the Marvel Universe like never before. As a Living Card Game, new heroes are released regularly, along with new villains, challenges, and adventures to test these champions! Will you rise to the challenge?
