Brontosaurs Figure

Explore the prehistoric world with the Brontosaurus figurine, a realistic dinosaur toy from Schleich! This toy is detailed and handheld, and is ideal for hours of imaginative play. The Brontosaurus has a long tail, an enormous body and a narrow neck. The Brontosaurus grew to weigh over 15 tons and over 70 feet long. While skeletons of the Brontosaurus have been found, scientists have never found a skull. It probably had a small head similar to the Apatosaurus. The name Brontosaurus means “thunder lizard" and scientists believe that the dinosaur snapped its tail like a whip. Schleich's Brontosaurus dinosaur figurine is modeled to scale and measures over 1 foot long, compared to the 72 foot Brontosauruses that lived in the Jurassic Period
