Paint A Bird Bistro

Paint A Bird Bistro gives young artists a ready-assembled wooden bird feeder to turn into a backyard original. Four bright paint colors and the included brush make it easy to add stripes, dots, tiny murals, or an entirely new school of bird-friendly architecture. Once the paint is dry, use the metal chain to hang the 6.5-inch pine feeder outside and watch for hungry visitors. It is a screen-free project that carries creativity into nature—first comes the artwork, then comes the very unofficial bird restaurant review. Ages 3 and up.
