Proportional Number Blocks 1-10 11pk

If you're after a resource that brings the “wooden”-ful world of early years maths into the classroom, our Proportional Number Blocks 1-10 are an absolute must-have. Perfect for the EYFS numeracy area or early years maths activities, this aesthetically pleasing wooden set takes counting and problem solving to the next level (or block). Designed to help learners grasp key mathematical concepts, these blocks are not just a toy but a foundational tool to build numeracy skills, enhance reasoning, and inspire a love of maths in the most natural way possible. Crafted to represent numbers 1 through 10 in proportional sizes, these blocks make abstract concepts tangible. You'll find that teaching numerical skills, such as number bonds, patterns, and basic mathematical skills, becomes a whole lot easier (and a lot more fun). Each block is as satisfying to stack as it is to knock over—but be warned, it's hard to resist building a “towering ten”! Add some wooden tweezers to the mix, and suddenly, gross motor skills join the party, turning early years maths activities into engaging problem-solving games. Ideal for classroom, nursery or outdoor educational settings, these blocks can seamlessly integrate with other early years maths resources. They're perfect for numeracy KS1 and even tie into the early years foundation stage maths curriculum, so whether it's literacy and numeracy or just plain maths skills, they've got you covered. Plus, their wooden charm doesn't just look great but also encourages learners to explore patterns and counting naturally. These blocks may be small, but their impact on numeracy skills is huge—a true “blockbuster” for any EYFS maths area.
