Lets Investigate Bugs

Support children's growing understanding of the world with this engaging and realistic set of eight bugs. Featuring an ant, beetle, butterfly, centipede, dragonfly, ladybird, spider, and woodlouse, this fascinating set of eight bugs provides children with the opportunity to learn close up about the living creatures they will encounter in daily life without them scuttling or flying away! Insects and creepy crawlies open up the outdoor space in a fascinating way as children are drawn into the life that is going on right under their noses. Go on a bug hunt, study any finds discovered outside, brush them off and clean them up. Make a record of what's been found by taking a wax rubbing and/or making an imprint in modelling clay. Able to fit well in small hands, these bugs will inspire children's imagination and excite young learners in their non-fiction research.
