Manhattan Toy Penny Penguin Scrub-a-Dubbie Bathtime Puppet Washcloth for Infants, Toddlers and Kids Manhattan Toy's Penny Penguin Scrub-a-Dubbie bathtime puppet for kids is a cotton washcloth that is designed for sudsy play. The underside has an opening for larger hands to animate Penny's arms during the water-soaked adventure. Parents and kids alike will enjoy transforming the chore of scrubbing away all of little one's dirt and grime into an animal-themed fun activity. When bathtime is over, squeeze out excess water and hang to dry using the fabric loop. The soft absorbent penguin washcloth for babies and children is machine washer and dryer safe.
