TrainBots: 2-in-1 Steam Maker Kit

If your tween or teen has a fascination with all things steampunk - or trains in general - then this kit is for them! Young engineers put on their building caps and assemble a TrainBot in two different configurations: rolling train or walking robot. Cool water vapor "steam" billows from its chimney as LED lights create a fiery orange glow. This STEM kit gets kids on the right track for learning about topics like the ultrasonic atomizer, the differences between fog, smoke, and steam, and the steampunk craze. Includes step-by-step assembly instructions as well as a fun, comic-book-style story that brings the TrainBots to life. Requires 4 AAA batteries, not included. From Thames & Kosmos, for ages 8+ yrs.
