Through My Lens Photo Album Book

There's more to taking a great shot than pointing and clicking. Give young photographers this hardcover book packed with challenges that develop the creative, organizational, and communication skills that go hand in hand with being a photographer. Packed with more than 40 activities that all start when kids lift a flap on every page to reveal the photo-based challenge. Assignments include creating nature alphabet flash cards by taking photos of letters found in the wild, and interviewing and documenting meaningful moments by working with family members. Icons indicate the abilities they'll hone, the duration of the activity, and what supplies, if any, are needed to complete each mission. Children can move through the book in any order, but we recommend progressing sequentially so little ones understand the importance of committing to a task. Every completed page leaves young camera enthusiasts with a book filled with images, notes, and drawings documenting their photographic journeys. There's even a photographer's certificate at the end of the book to congratulate them on completing every project (shh…it's a surprise).
