Mini Motherpeace Round Tarot Card Deck & Book Set, Feminist Classic

The creators of Motherpeace Tarot have departed from traditional (and often patriarchal) imagery of tarot, and have instead embraced the goddess spirit. The feminist emphasis is balanced with several male figures present in the deck. Motherpeace's round cards and primitive artwork allow the reader to rely on intuition rather than standard “black and white” meanings. The four suits of the Minor Arcana are Cups which are illustrated with water images; Wands are depicted with images from African culture; Discs are illustrated with images from Navajo culture; and Swords are depicted with Greco-Roman imagery. The cards in this portable deck are 3 inches across. The comprehensive book is 178 pages. Created by by Karen Vogel and Vicki Noble.
