PVC patch 3.5" hook & loop "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast" means that by taking your time to do something carefully and deliberately ("slow"), you will ultimately achieve a smoother and faster outcome than if you rushed through it ("smooth is fast") - essentially emphasizing the importance of thoughtful execution over hurried action; this phrase is often associated with military special operations units like Navy SEALs.
