Mesa Boogie Split Back 2x12 Cabinet - Black Bronco / Black Metal Grille

The Mesa Boogie Split Back 2x12 is back, and it's bringing an entire decade of high-octane rock history with it. After nearly thirty years in hypersleep, this iconic design returns to deliver the massive, wide-spectrum performance that shaped some of the fiercest tones of the 1980s. Used on countless stages and recordings of the era, the Split Back offers a unique hybrid design that blends the best of open-back airiness with closed-back punch—all in one versatile, road-ready cab. Up top, the open chamber provides shimmering cleans, spacious dimension, and expressive bloom. Down below, a sealed chamber adds the tight, percussive low-end thump players crave. Together, the Split Back gives you a tonal experience that covers a galaxy of styles without the need for multiple cabinets. Pair it with a Mark IIC+ or a Dual Rectifier® Solo Head and you'll understand why this cab has such a devoted following.
