Poi is a performance art that requires artists to swing lit balls rhythmically and geometrically to create visual effects. We love Spin balls because it so easy to get started, just grab on the leashes of the two LED balls and start swinging! You must have patience and practice hard though if you want to master cool tricks to perform! They are so light weight and easy to carry, that you can bring them with you where ever you go. It is so fun to perform on the beach! Spinballs improves balance, coordination, reflexes and motor skills, as well as boosting confidence and creating a sense of accomplishment.
