Model Kit Overview: The Tamiya 1/35 US Medium M26 Pershing Tank Plastic Model Kit offers an accurate and detailed recreation of the formidable M26 Pershing tank. Introduced at the end of World War II, the Pershing was designed to counter German tanks, featuring a powerful 90mm gun and impressive mobility. Deployed to the European front in February 1945, the Pershing saw action against Tiger I and Pz.kpfw. IV tanks and later proved their effectiveness in the Korean War against T34/85 tanks. This model kit captures the intricate details of the M26 Pershing, from its long barrel gun and boat hull-like underside to the separate parts for engine grills and cast-iron appearance. Model enthusiasts and history buffs will appreciate the realistic features and the opportunity to assemble crew hatches in open or closed positions, creating an authentic diorama experience.
